As a DSP, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals, as well as conducting daily living skills, promoting self-sufficiency, and assisting them in capitalizing on their strengths. Nurses (RNs and LPNs) – Our nurses truly impact the outcomes of our individuals’ treatment. They provide direct daily medical management of our individuals, review and follow-up with medical providers, and maintain effective communication with all departments involved. Clinicians / Therapists – Our clinical roles are key in providing therapeutic services to the individuals we serve. You will participate in the development of the individualized treatment plan, provide individual, family and group counseling, and complete required clinical documentation.
