Full-time Family Practice/ Primary Care Physician who will cover ER for Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital at Roosevelt Medical Center in Culbertson MT. Prefer minimum 2 years’ experience. Candidate will care for patients in the clinic, inpatient, outpatient, skilled swing beds, long term care beds, and ER. No surgery or OB. On call 1-2 week nights/week and 18 weekends per year; don’t have to be onsite while on call, but must be in ER within 30 minutes of notification. Full-time is 4 clinic days per week, 0800-1700. Will see 12-15 patients/day in clinic, avg daily inpatient census is 0.4, skilled swing bed avg daily census is 2.0, avg long term care daily census is 22, avg ER visits per month is 40-50. Full service lab with blood banking. Basic x-ray with computed radiography. May supervise Physician’s Assistants and/or Nurse Practitioners. Starting salary $200,000 DOE. If cover call more than 18 weekends per year, compensated at $75/hr. DON - Director of Nursing position immediately available at Roosevelt Medical Center in Culbertson MT. 5 years nursing experience with leadership experience preferred. Critical Access Hospital with inpatient, outpatient, skilled swing bed, long term care and ER services. Manage staff of 22 RNs, LPNs, and CNAs and willing to do occasional floor work. Actively engage in national and state quality improvement initiatives. Salary range $75,000 - $96,000 per year, DOE. RMC is an EOE employer.
X-ray Technician- Limited permit x-ray technician or radiology technician to do basic x-ray for Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital at Roosevelt Medical Center in Culbertson MT. Ultrasound certification a plus. Perform 75-100 x-rays per month, accurate record keeping, quality assurance activities, call coverage 2-3 week nights and 2 weekends per month but do not have to be onsite while on call. On call rate $2.00/hr and callback pay at time-and-a-half with 1-hour minimum. Digital imaging system with transmittal to radiologist for interpretation.
