Who is eligible:

All full-time regular team members and their spouses
Unmarried dependant children to age 19
Unmarried dependant children to age 23 if a full-time student
Medical: Allows you to see any provider of your choice; however you will incur less expense out of pocket if you see a MACT Clinic or Blue Cross physician. Hospitalization covered at 80%, 70% after deductible for non-Blue Cross hospitals. Prescription drugs are covered with a $7 Co-pay for generic, $12 Co-pay for Brand drugs.
Dental: $25 per person annual deductible. Coverage to $1,500 annual maximum per covered family member. Orthodontia for children to age 17 covered ($1,500 maximum benefit).
Vision: Provides annual benefit for exam, lenses and frames. Annual maximum benefit is $200.
401(K): Eligible to participate after six months of service. Jackson Rancheria begins making matching deposits after you complete six months of service. Jackson Rancheria matches your deposits up to 5% of eligible pay. You will be partially vested in Company matching deposits after one year of service, fully vested after five years.
PTO: Personal Time Off; 8 paid holidays, paid vacation/illness according to years of service. Current employees with 10 years or more of service receive 27 PTO days per year!
